摘要
[目的]构建自闭症儿童特殊教育机构教师信息支持内容体系,为特殊教育机构自闭症儿童教师信息支持的开展提供参考依据。[方法]在文献回顾、实地调查访谈及小组讨论的基础上,通过两轮德尔菲专家函询构建自闭症儿童特殊教育机构教师信息支持内容体系。[结果]两轮专家积极系数分别为92.3%、100.0%,专家权威系数为0.865,肯德尔协调系数为0.184,0.223(P<0.001);最终确定自闭症儿童特殊教育机构教师信息支持内容体系包括4项一级指标(教育教学、家长沟通、社会支持、医疗支持)、12项二级指标、35项三级指标。[结论]本研究构建的自闭症儿童特殊教育机构教师信息支持内容体系科学、可靠,可为自闭症儿童特殊教育机构教师跨学科、跨机构信息支持的开展提供参考。
Objective:To construct the teachers′information support content system in special education institutions for autistic children,and to provide references for the development of information support for teachers in autistic children′s special education institutions.Methods:Based on literature review,field investigation and interview and group discussion,a teacher information support system of special education institutions for autistic children was constructed through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results:The positive coefficient in the two rounds was respectively 92.3%and 100.0%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.865,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.184and 0.223(P<0.001).The content system of teacher information support for special education institutions was finally determined,including 4first-level indicators(education teaching,parent communication,social support and medical support),12second-level indicators and 35third-level indicators.Conclusions:The teachers content system of information support in special education institution for autistic children constructed was scientific and reliable,which could provide references for the development of interdisciplinary and inter-institutional information support for teachers in education institution for autistic children.
