基于循证构建失禁相关性皮炎护理质量评价指标体系

Construction of incontinent-associated dermatitis nursing quality evaluation index system based on evidence

[目的]基于证据构建失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)的护理质量评价指标体系,并确定各级指标的权重,为IAD的护理质量评价提供敏感、实用的工具。[方法]基于文献及证据评价,借鉴"结构—过程—结果"理论框架初步构建IAD护理质量评价指标,然后采用德尔菲专家咨询法结合层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。[结果]函询专家的积极性、权威性以及意见的协调性均较高;IAD护理质量评价指标共包括3个一级指标、7个二级指标以及15个三级指标;一级指标的权重分布最高的为过程指标,二级指标权重分布最高的为IAD的预防,三级指标权重分布最高的为皮肤清洁的规范执行率。[结论]本研究构建的IAD护理质量评价指标科学性、合理性、实用性较强,同时也提示在评价过程中需突出过程质量,兼顾结果和结构质量,促进IAD护理质量的持续改进。

Objective:To establish the IAD nursing quality evaluation index system based on evidence,and determine the weight of all levels of indicators,so as to provide sensitive and practical tools for the IAD nursing quality evaluation.Methods:Based on the evidence evaluation of document collection,IAD nursing quality evaluation index was preliminarily constructed by referring to the theoretical framework of"structure-process-result",and then the weight of all levels of indexes was determined by Delphi expert consultation method combined with analytic hierarchy process.Results:The initiative,authority and coordination of opinions of experts were relatively high;The IAD nursing quality evaluation indicators included 3first-level indicators,7second-level indicators and 15third-level indicators;The indicator with the highest weight distribution in the first-level indicators was the process index,in the second-level indexes that was the prevention of IAD,and in the third-level indexes was the compliance rate for skin cleansing.Conclusions:The IAD nursing quality evaluation index constructed was scientific,reasonable and practical.It also indicated that the process quality should be highlighted in the evaluation process,and the results and structure quality should be taken into account to promote the continuous improvement of IAD nursing quality.
