社区老年人衰弱与认知功能的相关性分析 被引量:14

摘要 [目的]探讨社区老年人衰弱与认知功能之间的关系。[方法]采用方便抽样方法选取江苏省老年公寓155名老年人为研究对象,用一般社会人口学及临床特征调查表、认知障碍简明评价表(Cog-12)及衰弱表型(FP)进行资料收集。[结果]老年人认知功能障碍的发生率为25.2%。存在认知功能障碍的老年人易自诉疲乏、行走时间更慢。校正年龄、性别、体质指数、教育水平等混杂因素后发现,行走时间与认知功能有关,即行走速度越慢的老年人,其认知功能越差。[结论]社区老年人衰弱与认知功能有关,对行走速度下降的老年人应重视评估其认知功能,及早干预。
