This article introduced the concept and origin of senior practice nurses in stroke,and mainly summarized the clinical value and practice scope of senior practice nurses in stroke.It proposed that the roles and responsibilities of senior practice nurses should be clarified,localization research should be developed,university and clinical resources should be combined to accelerate the development of senior practice nurses in stroke.
