摘要
2010年之后,红细胞血型抗原的研究有了很大的进展,发现了许多新的系统抗原,完善了许多原有抗原的理论和认知,国际输血协会确认了Forssman抗原(031血型系统)、Junier抗原(032血型系统)、Langereis抗原(033血型系统)、VEL抗原(034血型系统)、CD59抗原(035血型系统)、Augustine抗原(036血型系统)等新抗原。本文就红细胞Junier血型抗原的最新研究进展,做一简略介绍[1-3]。
Junier blood group antigens are high-frequency antigens in the past 'series' of antigens.In 2012,the International Society for Blood Transfusion(ISBT)renamed the 'system' antigen and named 'JR';number:032.The gene locus of the antigen is Chromosome 4;4 q22.1.The gene coding product is 'ABCG2' transporter,composed of 655 amino acids,which is a glycoprotein that passes through the membrane of the erythrocyte 6 times.ABCG2 transporter is also known as 'breast cancer resistance protein '(BCRP),which has the effect of 'pumping' chemotherapeutic drugs out of the cell,preventing therapeutic drugs for breast cancer from reaching therapeutic targets at low concentrations in breast cancer cells.Junier antigen is also a membrane differentiation antigen and is CDw338,which involves in one of the red cell immune mechanisms.Junier antigen can cause transfusion hemolytic reaction and might be a clinically significant antigen.
