摘要
随着医疗技术水平的提升,感染导致新生儿黄疸的比例逐渐降低,有研究报道,感染患儿的比例已经降至9.4%,溶血及未知原因是导致新生儿黄疸的主要病因[1]。并且高胆红素血症新生儿产生新生儿溶血病(hemolytic disease of the newborn,HDN)阳性率较高[2]。
To analyze a case of anti-B released from neonatal erythrocyte with A type high bilirubin.The blood type serological method was used to detect the mother’s blood type,children blood type and antibody screening and antibody titer,as well as three tests of neonatal hemolysis.The mother’s blood type was O-type Rh positive.The blood type of the children was type A Rh positive.The erythrocyte test was positive.The anti-B was released and anti-A was not released.Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was caused by anti-A and anti-AB.Only anti-B was released by the erythrocyte with anti-AB sensitization after the dissolution of anti-A sensitized erythrocyte in the absence of timely medical treatment.
