RHAG血型抗原是系统抗原,国际输血协会(ISBT)的命名RHAG,系统编号030,已确认该系统有4个抗原。RHAG抗原过去被称为RH50,是一个与RHD/CE相关的抗原(RHD/CE被称为RH30)。本文就RHAG抗原的最新研究进展,做一简略介绍。

RHAG antigen is a systemic antigen,which is associated with RHD/CE antigen,and involves in guiding the RHD/CE polypeptide to pass through the membrane.The lack of RHAG antigen polypeptide glycoprotein will result in inability of RHD/CE anti-peptide glycoprotein.In membrane penetration,most of them showed the Rhmod phenotype.The RHAG antigen polypeptide glycoprotein with RHD,RHCE,GPB,GPA,CD47,LW,band-3 protein,and band 4.2 protein together constitute cell membrane and cell architecture,and lack of the RHAG antigen polypeptide glycoprotein,the cells will collapse.RHAG glycoprotein is involved in the transport of human NH2,CO2NO,O2,and urea.It is one of the most important physiological and biochemical metabolic tools in the human body.The RHAG antigen is also a membrane differentiation antigen CD241 and is a participant in immune mechanism.The RHAG system is currently recognized including 4 antigens.
