摘要
依托某高速公路隧道工程,采用有限差分软件FLAC3D,以软弱破碎段围岩为研究对象,对各施工工法下(有无超前管棚预支护体系)围岩变形进行分析。研究结果表明:无论采用何种施工工法,超前管棚预支护体系均可有效抑制开挖过程中围岩破坏范围的发展。隧道拱顶沉降均始于掌子面前方一定范围,随着开挖的推进而增大,当掌子面通过目标断面2~3倍洞径后,地表沉降达到峰值并逐渐趋于稳定。在3种施工工法中,对围岩的控制效果,环形开挖留核心土法最好,单侧壁导坑法次之,三台阶临时仰拱最弱。
Relying on a highway tunnel engineering, using the finite difference software FLAC3 D, with soft broken segment surrounding rock as the research object, this paper analyzed the surrounding rock deformation under various construction method. The research results showed that no matter what kind of construction method to choose, the advanced pipe shed pre-supporting system could effectively restrain the development of surrounding rock damage range in the process of the excavation.
