The Comparative Analysis of Budget Quota for Highway and Municipal Road Pavement Engineering

道路作为城市交通系统建设工程中的重要组成部分,在城市的社会活动、经济活动中发挥着举足轻重的作用。以道路工程预算为对象,分析采用公路定额和市政定额两种不同定额体系编制道路预算的异同之处,阐述其编制过程、编制内容等方面的对比,总结两种定额体系的特点和启示,希望对我国城市道路预算编制有所借鉴。

Taking the road engineering budget as the object, this paper analyzed the differences and similarities of road budget using two different quota system preparation of highway quota and municipal quota. It elaborated the comparison of their processes and contents of the preparation, summarized the characteristics and enlightenment of the two quota system, which had certain reference for urban road budget preparation in China.
