摘要 介绍了废胶粉改性沥青的生产工艺、性能及影响因素和作用机理。详细阐述了废胶粉改性沥青相对于基质沥青的性能优势,重点分析了胶粉和工艺条件对改性沥青性能的影响,并介绍了物理共混、网络填充、化学共混等几种作用机理。废胶粉改性后沥青与集料之间的黏结性增强,不仅具有优良的高低温性能,其抗老化和抗疲劳性能也得到提升,可延长路面使用寿命、提高行车安全性,具有广阔的应用前景。 This paper introduced the production technology, performance, the influence factors and the mechanism of the waste rubber powder modified asphalt. Compared with the matrix asphalt, it described the performance advantage of waste rubber powder modified asphalt in detail, and emphatically analyzed the influence of rubber powder and technology condition on the performance of modified asphalt. And it also introduced the several mechanism of physical blending, network filling, chemical blending and so on. The experiment showed that the waste rubber powder modified asphalt had excellent high and low temperature performance, promoted antiaging and anti-fatigue performance, prolonged the service life of pavement and improved the traffic safety, which had a broad application prospect.
