摘要
针对传统应变采集传输数据的方法存在的问题,提出了一种基于Wi Fi技术标准的桥梁无线应变采集系统设计方案。基于惠斯通电桥的应变测量原理,阐述该系统的总体结构和系统关键模块设计,并通过标准应变源精度测试进行实际性能验证。实验表明:该桥梁无线应变采集系统的应变误差率低于0.1%,具有良好的精度,且无线网络传输可靠、布设灵活、稳定性强,适合在实际工程中应用推广。
For the problems existing in the method of traditional strain acquisition and data transmission,this paper put forward a design scheme of bridge wireless strain acquisition system based on Wi Fi technology standard. Based on the strain measurement principles of Wheatstone bridge, it also described the overall structure and the key modules design of the system and verified the actual performance through the standard strain source precision test.
