结构参数对沥青路面力学行为影响分析

摘要 以山西省典型路面结构组合为研究对象,采用基于弹性层状体系假设的BISAR软件建立路面结构计算模型,并结合正交试验方法对标准轴载和超载条件下不同结构层厚度和模量的路面结构组合进行受力分析。将路面结构层最大拉应力作为主要力学指标,获得不同组合下最大拉应力值,揭示结构层厚度及模量等参数对沥青路面的力学响应的影响规律,得出不同轴载下的最佳路面结构层厚度和模量取值范围。 Taking the typical pavement structure combination in Shanxi province as the research object,using the BISAR software based on the elastic layered system hypothesis, this paper established the calculation mod el of pavement structure. Combined with the orthogonal test method, it also had the stress analysis of pavement structure combination with different structure layer thickness and modulus under the standard axle load and overload condition. Taking the pavement structure layer maximum tensile stress as the main mechanical index, it also obtained the maximum tensile stress value under the different combinations, and revealed the influence law of structure layer thickness, modulus and other parameters on the mechanical response of asphalt pavement, and also obtained the value range of the optimum pavement structure layer thickness and modulus under different axle load.
