摘要
针对改扩建公路工程中出现的旧路路面病害问题,展开了泡沫沥青冷再生技术在旧路养护、翻新中的应用研究。在分析泡沫沥青冷再生原理的基础上,通过室内试验确定了泡沫沥青混合料的最佳配合比,得出沥青发泡的最佳发泡用水量为2%,最佳发泡温度为160℃,沥青最佳用量为2%。工程实例表明,泡沫沥青冷再生技术可应用于改扩建公路工程中。
For the problems of old road pavement disease in the reconstruction and expansion highway engineering, this paper studied the application of foamed asphalt cold regeneration technology in the maintenance and renovation of old road. On the basis of analyzing the principle of foamed asphalt cold regeneration, through the indoor experiment, it also determined the optimum mix proportion of foamed asphalt mixture, the optimum foaming water consumption, the optimum foaming temperature of asphalt foaming, and the asphalt optimum dosage. The engineering examples showed that the foamed asphalt cold regeneration technology could be used in the reconstruction and expansion highway engineering.
