新型超高强混凝土材料提高槽形梁承载力

摘要 简述了现行在役槽形梁运营状况、病害状况,评价了目前市场上混凝土材料维修加固桥梁结构存在的弊端与不足,引出超高强混凝土UHPC材料维修加固槽形梁的优势,并对此材料的受力特性、耐久性及工作性能进行了描述和讨论。通过普通混凝土材料和超高强混凝土UHPC材料提高槽形梁的承载力计算结果对比可知,UHPC材料自身具有高强、耐久的特性,与钢筋组合成的CRC结构用于维修加固,可以大幅度提高槽形梁的承载力。 This paper briefly introduced the operation and the disease conditions of the existing grooveshaped beam in the service.It evaluated the existing defects and deficiencies of the concrete materials maintenance and reinforcement bridge structure in the present market.And it also introduced the advantage of ultra high strength concrete UHPC material for maintenance and strengthening the groove beam, described and discussed the mechanical properties, durability and working performance of the material.
