基于机器视觉的公路隧道衬砌检测系统研究

The Research on the Highway Tunnel Lining Detection System Based on the Machine Vision

以人工方式为主的公路隧道检测已经不能满足快速发展的要求。针对该问题,笔者基于机器视觉技术提出一套公路隧道车载检测系统,对其实施方法与工作原理进行了阐述。根据检测任务需求,对系统的硬件设备进行了选型,并搭建了一套车载试验样机系统。通过隧道内的测试,获取了完整的隧道衬砌图片,满足了快速检测的要求。

Based on the machine vision technology, this paper put forward a set of highway tunnel vehicle detection system and described the implementation method and the working principles.According to the testing task requirements, it also carried out the system hardware equipment selection and set up a set of vehicle test prototype system.Through the tunnel test, it also obtained a complete tunnel lining picture, which met the requirements of rapid detection.
