摘要 为深入分析钢纤维混凝土的基本特性及其在隧道实际工程中的应用情况,提高其施工技术,项目依托某高速公路隧道斜井的工程案例,利用理论分析手段研究钢纤维的作用机理,采用室内试验深入分析钢纤维混凝土的极限抗压强度及早期抗压强度,并通过现场试验手段研究了钢纤维混凝土的施工关键技术,包括原材料、配合比、施工工艺等。实践结果表明,钢纤维混凝土在隧道斜井支护结构中可取得较好的支护效果。 In order to deeply analyze the basic characteristics of steel fiber concrete and its application in the tunnel engineering, based on a highway tunnel inclined shaft engineering as an example, using the theoretical analysis means, this paper studied the action mechanism of steel fiber. It thoroughly analyzed the ultimate compressive strength and early compressive strength of steel fiber concrete using the indoor test. It also studied the key technology of steel fiber concrete construction by the field test, including the raw materials, mix proportion and cons truction technology etc. The practical results showed that the steel fiber concrete could achieve good supporting effect in inclined shaft supporting structure of tunnel.
