桥梁伸缩缝短切玄武岩纤维混凝土与素混凝土性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 对比分析了0.1%掺量玄武岩纤维混凝土与素混凝土的配合比设计及力学、耐腐蚀等性能,结果表明,玄武岩纤维混凝土较素混凝土抗压强度提高了6.3%,抗折强度提高了18.7%,抗劈裂强度提高了7.6%,抗压耐硫酸盐腐蚀系数增加了6.3%,抗折耐硫酸盐腐蚀系数增加了5.5%,坍落度由170 mm减少到160 mm,扩展度由450 mm减少到430 mm,可作为桥梁伸缩缝处水泥混凝土,提高其抗裂性能,降低早期病害。 This paper compared and analyzed the mixing ratio design,mechanics and corrosion resistance of the 0.1%basalt fiber concrete and plain concrete.The results showed that the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting strength of basalt fiber concrete were better than those of plain concrete,which could improve the crack resistance of concrete at the expansion joint of bridge and provide reference for other similar projects.
