摘要
针对现有的食品切片机械成本高、耗能大、功能单一等问题,研制了一种新型食品切片机。该切片机主要由切片机框架、传动装置、送料机构和切片装置组成,可通过调节刀盘与换向传动轴之间的传动比来调节切片的厚度,实现对多种食品的快速切制。通过试验表明:该切片机具有振动小、操作简易、安全高效、能均匀切制等优点。
Aiming at the problems of high cost,high energy consumption and single function of existing food slicing machines,a new type of food slicing machine was developed.The slicer mainly consists of a slicer frame,a transmission device,a feeding mechanism,and a slicing device.The thickness of the slice can be adjusted by adjusting the transmission ratio between the cutter plate and the commutation transmission shaft,thereby realizing rapid cutting of various foods.Through experiments,it shows that the slicer has the advantages of small vibration,easy operation,safety,high efficiency,and uniform cutting.
