摘要
对同步回转多相混输泵滑板的几种改进方法进行分析与讨论,确定了将滑板整体分解成易加工的两部分分别进行加工的改进方案,并采用螺钉将这两部分进行组装。利用SolidWorks有限元仿真软件对工艺改进后滑板的强度进行校核,从应力、变形及安全系数三个方面,对比分析了螺钉帽位于滑板头部和底部两种方式的可行性。分析结果表明,采用螺钉帽在滑板底部的装配方式更为合理,该工艺在能满足同步回转多相混输泵正常运行的同时,最大程度地简化了滑板的加工工艺。
In this paper,on the basis of analysis of several types of structural improvement of the slide vane in the synchronal rotary multiphase pump,an improvement machining scheme of dividing the sliding vane into two parts which can be easily machined is presented.The two parts of the sliding vane can be assembled by using screws.The strength of the improved sliding vane is checked by using the finite element simulation software SolidWorks.Considering the stress,deformation and safety factor,comparison analysis of the feasibilities when screw caps are assembled at the bottom and the head of sliding vane is made.The results show that the assembly method that the screw cap at the bottom of the sliding vane is more reasonable.On the premise of ensuring the steady operation of the synchronal rotary multiphase pump,the machining process of the sliding vane can be largely simplified by using the new assembly method.
