考虑运动副间隙的异形罐封罐机构仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 以某型号的异形罐封罐机构为研究对象,应用Creo Parametric软件建立异形罐封罐机构三维模型,然后运用ADAMS软件分别进行含运动副间隙和无间隙两种状态的仿真,分析间隙对封罐机构运动规律的影响。分析结果表明:运动副间隙对卷封滚轮位移影响较小,对速度和加速度影响明显。研究结果为封罐机的优化设计提供了参考。 A certain type of irregular can sealing mechanism is taken as the research object,and the three-dimensional model of the irregular can sealing mechanism is set up by use of Creo Parametric software.Then the ADAMS software is used to simulate the mechanism in two states,which are with clearance and without clearance,and the influence of the gap on the motion law of the sealing mechanism is analyzed.The results show that the kinematic pair clearance has little effect on the displacement of sealing roller,but it has obvious influence on the velocity and acceleration of sealing roller.The research results provide a reference for the optimization design of the sealing machine.
