组合式带轮无级变速器设计

摘要 讨论了一种新型组合式带轮无级变速器,提出一种可变径带轮传动无级变速方式,采用若干个带轮块组合为变径带轮,由一对变径带轮传动实现传动比在一定范围内的连续变化。基于该原理研制了组合式带轮无级变速器,利用SolidWorks绘图软件建立了该无级变速器的三维实体模型,并搭建实验样机进行传动比调节测试实验。实验结果表明:该无级变速器结构紧凑,具有很好的速比传动效果。 This paper discusses a new type of continuously variable transmission(CVT)which is based on combined pulley,and a design scheme of variable-diameter pulley-drive CVT is proposed.Several pulley combinations are used as the variable radius pulley,and a pair of variable radius pulleys are used to realize the transmission ratio.Based on this principle,a combined pulley type CVT is developed.SolidWorks software is employed to build the 3Dgeometric model of the CVT,and the experimental prototype is built to test the transmission ratio adjustment.The experimental results show that the CVT has compact structure and good speed ratio.
