液压缸顺序动作回路实验研究及故障诊断

Experimental Study and Fault Diagnosis of Sequence Operation Circuit of Dual Hydraulic Cylinders

顺序控制回路是液压系统中常用的基本回路,利用顺序阀通过控制系统压力可以很方便地完成液压缸的顺序动作。教学实验中,在完成"压力控制的顺序动作回路"实验时,液压回路出现了一些故障,针对所出现的故障,分析其原因并提出了解决方案。

Sequence control circuit is a basic circuit commonly used in hydraulic system,by using the pressure sequence valve to control the system pressure,it can complete the hydraulic cylinder sequence operation conveniently.In teaching experiment of“pressure-controlled sequence operation circuit”,there are some faults founded by students on the hydraulic circuit.To solve the problem,this article analyzes the reason and provides solution to it.
