连退机组RCS段带钢振动抑制技术的研究

摘要 针对连退机组快冷段的带钢振动问题,通过对带钢振动机理的分析,建立了带钢单元振动抑制模型和带钢振动抑制模型。具体分析了目标函数的两步调节,即利用搜索法给出目标函数的范围,利用寻优法求出最佳的调节路径。将本模型应用到某钢厂1420连退机组,应用效果显著,具有进一步推广的价值。 To solve the vibration problem of RCS strip in the continuous annealing production line,on the basis of the analysis of RCS strip vibration mechanism,the strip element vibration suppression model and the strip vibration suppression model are established.The two-step adjustment of the objective function is analyzed in detail.In the first step,the range of the objective function is given by search method,and the optimal adjustment path is obtained by the optimization method in the second step.It has been applied to the production practice of a C512continuous annealing unit,and a good application effect has been obtained,which means it has further popularized application value.
