摘要
针对传统的矿井提升机动力制动装置不能满足要求这一问题,提出了基于模糊PID的智能控制方式。设计的矿井提升机动力制动系统由模糊PID控制器、AD和DA转换器、功率放大器、晶闸管和测速传感器组成,介绍了每个组成部分的结构和功能,分析了制动系统的基本工作原理,对该系统的制动性能进行了测试,并针对某矿进行了节能分析。结果表明:基于模糊PID的提升机动力制动系统减速过渡平稳、可靠安全,对扰动变化不敏感,智能化程度高,可节省能源和成本,具有良好的控制效果。
To the problem that traditional dynamic braking device of mine hoist is not satisfied,an intelligent control method based on fuzzy PID is proposed.The power braking system consists of a fuzzy PID controller,AD and DA converters,power amplifiers,thyristor,and speed sensors.The structure and function of each component are introduced,and the basic working principles of the braking system is analyzed.And the braking performance of the system is tested.The energy saving analysis is carried out.The results show that the dynamic braking system based on fuzzy PID is stable,reliable and safe,insensitive to disturbance change,etc.It has good control effect.
