摘要
介绍了国内平地机风扇系统的3种驱动方式,着重探讨了由负载敏感泵和B型液压先导半桥所组成的智能风扇驱动系统在平地机上的应用。该系统具有节能、降噪的特点,实现了风扇驱动系统转速的按需调节。此驱动方式已在某大型工程机械公司平地机上进行了验证,具有较大的市场价值。
This article introduces three kinds of grader fan driving systems in our country,then mainly studies the intelligent fan driving system which is composed of load sensing pump and B-type hydraulic half bridge.The system has the advantages of energy saving and noise reduction.The program has been verified by the motor graders of a large construction equipment manufacturer,which is well recognized by the customers for its huge market value.
