掘进机电控系统监控模块的设计

Design of Monitoring Module for Electric Control System of Roadheader

针对现有掘进机电控系统存在故障预警方面的不足,结合挖掘机电控系统的工作原理,围绕其关键元器件进行监控模块设计,运用PLC对多个监控模块信息进行汇总判断,完成对整个电控系统的监控。通过元器件监控流程模拟,达到了提前发现和提醒系统故障的目的。

In view of the shortcomings of the existing electrical control system in fault warning,based on the functional characteristics of the electric control system of roadheader,a monitoring module is designed.A PLC module is used to collect and judge the information of several monitoring modules,and the monitoring of the whole electrical control system is realized.Through the simulation of the monitoring module,the result shows the design achieves the purpose of finding and reminding system faults in advance.
