摘要
为降低连续采煤机工作面的粉尘浓度,分析了连续采煤机工作时的主要产尘区域。将原有喷雾系统改为内外喷雾相结合的模式,从喷嘴数量及布置、喷雾流量及压力、喷嘴选型及水源过滤等方面对原有喷雾系统存在的问题进行了改进。
In order to reduce the dust concentration of continuous miner in working face,the main dust producing areas of continuous miner are analyzed.The original spray system is improved to a mode of combining internal spray and external spray,and the modified parts are related to the number and arrangement of nozzles,the flow and pressure of spray,the water source filtration and so on.
