摘要
带式输送机是煤矿企业实现机械化采煤的主要运输设备,其安全可靠的运行决定了煤矿的生产效率,而带式输送机中侧托辊的倾斜角度对托辊强度影响极大,是影响煤矿安全生产的重要因素。为此,采用离散元软件EDEM模拟了煤炭落入输送机这一瞬态过程,得到了物料与输送带间的作用力情况,并以此为依据,对带式输送机中侧托辊的倾斜角度进行优化,得到最优的侧托辊倾斜角度。研究结果为输送机制造企业和煤矿的安全生产提供了依据。
The angle of inclination of the side rollers in the belt conveyor has a great influence on the strength of the rollers,which is related to the safe production of coal mines.In this paper,the discrete element software EDEM is used to simulate the transient process of coal falling into the conveyor,and the forces of the material and the conveyor belt are obtained.Based on this,the tilt angle of side roller of belt conveyor is optimized.The research results provide a basis for the safe production of coal mines.
