Monacolin K红曲菌种的筛选及培养条件研究

Research on Screening and Culture Conditions of Monacolin K Monascus Strains

分离筛选出一株Monacolin K含量较高的菌株M3,对其培养条件进行研究。结果表明,以大米为培养基,苦荞米添加量为20.0%,在30℃下培养5天后转成23℃培养20天,Monacolin K质量分数可以达到2.35 mg/g。

A strain M3 with high Monacolin K content is isolated and screened,and its culture conditions are studied.The results show that the content of Monacolin K can reach 2.35 mg/g when rice is used as culture medium and tartary buckwheat rice is added 20.0%.After 5 days of culture at 30℃,culture conditions of Monacolin K is changed to 23℃for 20 days.
