在我国国民经济发展中,科技型中小企业发挥着关键作用,但相较于其他类型企业而言,科技型中小企业有形资产的占比相对较低,融资困难,专利权质押贷款为科技型中小企业的融资提供了新途径。针对目前科技型中小企业的融资困境,探讨了通过专利权质押贷款推动科技型中小企业发展的策略。

Small and medium-sized technology enterprises play a key role in the development of China's national economy,but compared with other types of enterprises,the proportion of tangible assets of small and medium-sized technology enterprises is relatively low,financing difficulties,patent pledge loans for small and medium-sized technology enterprises financing provides a new way.In view of the current financing difficulties of small and medium-sized technology enterprises,this paper discusses the strategy of promoting the development of small and medium-sized technology enterprises through patent pledge loan.
