摘要
沿程水头损失是长距离输水工程设计中必须计算的重要参数之一,而管道壁面相对粗糙度和流体的雷诺数是影响沿程阻力系数的主要因素。基于计算流体力学(CFD)原理,采用数值模拟方法,计算了沿程阻力系数随壁面粗糙度和雷诺数的变化规律,相比尼古拉兹试验结果,数值模拟所得结果误差较小。
The head loss along the pipeline is one of the important parameters that must be calculated in the engineering design of long distance water transmission.The relative roughness of pipeline wall surface and the Reynolds number of fluid are the main factors affecting the resistance coefficient along the path.Based on the principle of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),a numerical simulation method is used to calculate the variation law of the resistance coefficient along the path with the wall roughness and Reynolds number,and compared with the results of the Nikolas’experiment,the error of the numerical simulation results is small.
