五味子宁神口服液对大鼠脑组织中GABA和Glu含量的影响

Effects of the contents of GABA and Glu in brain of rats of Wuweiziningshen oral liquid

目的:测定五味子宁神口服液(WOL)对大鼠脑组织中神经递质γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和谷氨酸(Glu)含量的影响,初步探讨WOL的镇静催眠作用机制。方法:采用全自动氨基酸分析仪测定GABA和Glu的含量变化。结果:WOL提高大鼠脑组织中GABA含量以及GABA/Glu的比值。结论:提高脑内GABA含量以及GABA/Glu比值可能是WOL镇静催眠作用的途径之一。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possiblemechanism of sedative-hypnotic action of Wuweiziningshen oral liquid (WOL) by determining the contents of GABA and Glu in brain. METHODS: Contents of GABA和Glu were examined by Automatic Analyzer for Amino Acid. RESULTS: Contents of GABA and GABA-Glu ratio were increased. CONCLUSIONS: Increasing the content of GABA and GABA-Glu ratio may be one of the mechanisms by which WOL exerts sedation and hypnosis.
