香附治疗早期乳汁淤积的临床观察

目的:探讨香附外敷治疗乳汁淤积的效果,解除产妇因乳汁排除不畅导致的乳汁淤积、乳腺肿胀、疼痛等痛苦,促进母乳喂养的开展。方法:将56例乳汁淤积产妇随机分为处理组和对照组两组。处理组28例采用香附外敷后行人工挤奶,对照组28例采用传统局部热敷后行人工挤奶。结果:比较两组治疗效果,处理组治愈率达67.86%,总有效率高达96.42%。对照组治愈率为39.29%,总有效率为57.14%。两组统计学比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:提示香附局部外敷治疗产后乳汁淤积效果好。

Objective: To discuss the effect of nutgrass galingale rhizome to treat galactostasis,Relieves milk siltation, mammary gland spargosis pain and so on ache because of the parturient mother's milk removes impeded, to encourage breast feeding.Method: Divide 56 galactostasis parturients into the treatment group and the control group stochastically. The treatment group 28 examples use nutgrass galingale rhizome attach before to milk artificially,the control group 28 examples use the traditional partial hot compress before to milk artificially. Result: To compare the two groups's therapeutic efficacytreatment,the treatment group cure rate reaches 67.86%,the total effective rate reaches as high as 96.42%.The control group cure rate is 39.29%,the total effective rate is 57.14%.Two groups of statistics comparisons,the difference is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of nutgrass galingale rhizome exo-spreading to treat post-natal milk siltation is good.
