埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡合并Hp感染的疗效观察

The effect of trigeminy treatment with Esomeprazole on peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori

目的:观察埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)及治疗十二指肠溃疡的效果。方法:66例十二指肠溃Hp阳性的患者分为三组:A、B、C组,三组均先给予三联治疗一周:埃索美拉唑20mg+阿莫西林1g+克拉霉素500mg。然后再继续单独给予B组埃索美拉唑20mg,每日一次,连续一周,C组埃索美拉唑20mg,每天一次,连续三周,于用药结束后第28天复查胃镜及检测Hp,并于用药后第28天对患者的上腹痛、反酸等症状进行评估。结果:58例完成全部治疗方案,8例失访。三组Hp根除率88.88%～94.73%,组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。溃疡愈合率83.33%～89.43%,组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。症状积分改善情况三组间两两比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:三组方案均能有效地根除Hp和促进溃疡的愈合。

objective : to observe the effect of trigeminy treatment with Esomeprazole on peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori. Methods: 66 patients were divided into A、B、C group. The three groups all treated with Esomeprazole(20mg) 、Amoxil(1g) 、Clarithromycin(500mg) one week;then, the B group treated with Esomeprazole(20mg/day) continuous for 1 week, the C group treated with Esomeprazole(20mg/ day) continuous for 3 week;and rechecked gastroscope and Hp detection in the 28th day after Medication. Results : 58 cases completed treatment plan,8 cases lost; the eradication ratio of HP were 88.88%～94.73%(P>0.05); the curing ratio were 83.33%～89.43%(P>0.05), the integral calculus of symptom were significant difference in three groups(P<0.05). Conclusion projects of three groups all can eradicate Hp and promote the Ulcerative heal.
