目的:探讨益母草总生物碱的药理作用,从抗炎、镇痛两方面阐明其作用机制。方法:通过观察益母草总生物碱对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响,了解其抗炎作用;通过观察益母草总生物碱对醋酸所致小鼠疼痛的影响,了解其镇痛作用;结果:益母草总生物碱具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
