高效液相色谱法测定阿奇霉素颗粒的含量

一、方法研究1样品来源沈阳津昌制药有限公司2波长的选择取样品细粉适量(相当于阿奇霉素10mg),置50ml量瓶中,加流动相溶解并稀释至刻度,滤过,在200～400nm的范围内进行紫外扫描。

Azithromycin granules is recorded in the pharmacopoeia of China which was published on 2005. Use antibiotic microorganism measurement to determine the content,The method will take a long time ,have more complicate operation ,be disturbed easily . doesn’t. Fit especially the measure of process in production,azithromycin granules recorded by usa pharmacopoeia use all great efficiency liquid chromatography. There are many research about great eff iciency liquid chromatography of azithromycin granules in our country. The result is simple,accurate,comparing great eff iciency liquid chromatography by organism measurement. This paper study the examination of azithromycin granules content with great efficiency liquid chromatography on methodology.
