摘要
目的:探讨创伤性结肠损伤的特点以及治疗方法,提高治疗成功率。方法:对2000年5月～2008年3月期间38例结肠损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:38例均行手术治疗,一期手术治疗36例,术后并发肠瘘1例,切口感染6例,并发症占19.3%。治愈35例,死亡1例。结论:结肠损伤一期手术治疗安全可靠,掌握其适应证,控制感染可提高治疗效果。
Objective:To study the choice of operation for colon injury.Methods:we Retrospective analysis the clinica data of 38 patients with colon injury treated by surgery.Results:Of the 38 patients,36 patients were treated by one stage operation, postoperative intestinal fistula occurred in 1 patient;35 patients were curred while 1 died.Conclusions One stage operation is the choice for patients with colon injuries,if the indications is stricted and preioperative managments are perfect.
