韦氏活骨Ⅰ号胶囊在股骨头缺血性坏死修复术后的应用

The apply of the Weishi Huogu No.Ⅰon the Reconstrcution of the Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head

目的:探讨韦氏活骨Ⅰ号胶囊在股骨头缺血性坏死修复术后治疗中的作用。方法:选择单侧股骨头缺血性坏死采用旋股外侧血管升支髂骨瓣移植修复治疗患者160例,FicatⅡ期38例,Ⅲ期122例;其中每期都随机分成实验组和对照组。每组都予以修复术后常规处理,实验组术后同时予以韦氏活骨Ⅰ号胶囊口服治疗。分别于术后第3、6、12、24个月进行随访观察。结果:实验组血清AKP、股骨头骨密度、Harris评分均较对照组升高明显,X线片显示实验组股骨头形态光整,密度逐渐趋于均匀,无进一步塌陷。结论:韦氏活骨Ⅰ号胶囊可以改善血液循环,加速新骨生成,有效提高股骨头缺血性坏死修复术的治疗效果。

Objective:To express the effect of Weishi Huogu No.Ⅰ(WHI) on the treatment of reconstruction of the osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods:160patients with unilateral osteonecrosis of the femoral head underwent the treatment of reconstruction by iliac bone graft combined with ascending branch of the lateral femoral circumflex vessels,38 cases had FicatⅡStage osteonecrosis,122 cases had FicatⅢStage osteonecrosis. Each stage cases were divided randomly into two groups and were treated same postoperative except the experimental groups took WHI.The followup-time were formerly 3、6、12 and formerly 24 month.Results:The AKP、density of the femoral head and Harris hip score of the experimental groups were improved significantly than the control groups.The femoral head showed good and had no further collapse on radiographic of the experimental groups.Conclusion:WHI can improve the microcirculation and promote the production of new bone,thus it play an effectively role on reconstruction of the osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
