摘要
以唐棣(Amelanchier sinica)种子为材料,通过室内萌发试验对唐棣种子的休眠机制与萌发特性进行了研究,以期找到其种子最佳处理方法,为唐棣的有性繁殖及人工育苗提供理论依据,为其进一步的园林应用和果实开发提供材料支持。结果显示:唐棣种子具有深度生理休眠特性,GA3预处理并不能够显著提高其种子萌发率,且种子至少3个月的低温沙藏才能解除休眠;其种皮透水性良好,吸水速率随温度升高加快,最终吸水率在55%~69%之间,不具有物理休眠特性;种子内部含有水溶性和脂溶性萌发抑制物,具有化学休眠特性。
The dormancy mechanism and germination characteristics of the seeds of Amelanchier sinica were studied by the method of indoor germination test in order to find out the best treatments of the seeds,to provide a theoretical basis for the sexual reproduction and artificial breeding of Amelanchier sinica,and to provide material support for its further garden applications and fruit development.The results showed that the seeds had deep physiological dormancy characteristic,and GA3 pretreatment did not significantly increase the seed germination rate,and the seed could remove the dormancy by cold stratification at 4℃at least 3 months.The seed coat had good water permeability andthe water absorption rate was increased with the temperature.The final water absorption rate ranged from 55%to 69%,indicating that the seed did not have the physical dormancy characteristic,and contained water-soluble and liposoluble germination inhibitors,which indicated that it had chemical dormancy characteristic.
