延安市退耕还林及植被恢复工程生态服务功能评价 被引量:3

Evaluation of Ecological Service Function of Grain for Green Project and Vegetation Restoration Project in Yan'an

摘要 利用1999-2015年延安市退耕还林数据,从保育土壤、涵养水源、净化大气环境、固碳释氧、保护生物多样性和林木积累营养物质等6个方面对延安市退耕还林工程生态服务功能价值进行了定量评价研究,结果为:2015年延安市退耕还林工程生态服务功能价值量为398.449 2亿元·a^(-1),其中不同生态服务价值量及其占总量比例从高到低依次为涵养水源181.81亿元·a^(-1)、45.6%,固碳释氧80.86亿元·a^(-1)、20.3%,净化大气环境53.54亿元·a^(-1)、13.4%,生物多样性保护54.53亿元·a^(-1)、13.7%,保育土壤16.45亿元·a^(-1)、4.1%,林木积累营养物质11.31亿元·a^(-1)、2.8%;三种植被恢复类型生态服务功能价值量及其占总价值量比例从高到低依次为退耕地还林地232.03亿元·a^(-1)、58.2%,宜林荒山荒地造林地157.88亿元·a^(-1)、39.6%,封山育林地8.53亿元·a^(-1)、2.1%;三个林种类型生态服务功能价值量及其占总价值量比例从高到低依次为生态林257.46亿元·a^(-1)、64.6%,灌木林96.85亿元·a^(-1)、24.3%,经济林44.18亿元·a^(-1)、11.1%。 Based on the data of Grain for Green Project in Yan’an during 1999 to 2015,the value of ecological service function in six aspects,such as conserving soil,conserving water,purifying atmosphere,carbon sequestration,protecting biodiversity and accumulating nutrients,was quantitatively evaluated to provide reference for the assessment of ecological service function.The results show that:1)the value of eco-service function of Yanan project in 2015 was 39,844,920,000 yuan/a.Among them,the value of water conservation was the highest,for 18,181,040,000 yuan/a,the value of carbon dioxide was 8.086 billion yuan/a,the value of biodiversity protection was second to 5.453 billion yuan/a;the value of purifying the atmosphere was 5.354 billion yuan/a;soil conservation was 1.645 billion yuan/a,The accumulation of nutrients in forest trees was 1.131 billion yuan/a,the proportion of value was 45%,20%,13.6%,13.4%,4%and 3%,respectively.2).The value of ecosystem service function of different vegetation restoration types was shown as Grain for Green,the barren hills and wasteland afforestation and mountain closure for vegetation restoration and the value generated were RMB 23.2 billion,RMB 15.78 billion and RMB 0.853 billion yuans respectively,with the proportion of total value to be 58%,40%and 2%.3)The value of ecosystem services in different forest types was represented as ecological forest,shrub and non-wood forest,and the value of ecosystem service function was 64.6%,24.3%and 11.1%,respectively.
