摘要
调查分析了渭南市葡萄产业规模、栽培模式、品牌建设等发展现状,提出了发展中存在的品种结构不合理、果农老龄化、种植成本增加、三产融合差、食品安全意识薄弱等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了调整优化种植区域和品种结构,推广集约化栽培、机械化操作,发展葡萄特色深加工和三产融合等发展建议。
Based on the field investigation of grape industry,the status quo,cultivation patterns and brand promotion were analyzed and some problems,such as unreasonablebreed structure,populationaging,highcost,lowindustrialconvergence andlow awareness offoodsafetyetc.,were discussed.The countermeasuresforovercoming the existing problems were suggested.
