国内外农村剩余劳动力的转移模式对山西的启示

The Model of Rural Labour Force Transfer and Its Reference for Shanxi

农村劳动力大量剩余成为山西省经济发展的一大桎梏,因此解决农村劳动力大量剩余的问题具有现实意义。本文首先介绍了农村剩余劳动力转移的意义,其次分析了国外农村剩余劳动力的转移模式,最后结合山西省农村剩余劳动力的现状,提出山西省农村剩余劳动力转移的建议。

A large quantity of surplus rural labour force have become one of the biggest economic shackles in the Shanxi Province,therefore it is of realistic significance to resolve the problem of massively surplus rural labour force.Firstly the article introduced the significance of surplus rural labour force's transfer,secondly several foreign transfer patterns of surplus rural labour force were analyzed,lastly some suggestions were proposed for surplus rural labour force's transfer in The Shaanxi Province,according to the actuality of surplus rural labour force in The Shaanxi Province.
