摘要
供试材料为293份大豆材料,52个地方品种,228份野生和半野生资源,13个审定品种作为对照,采用了相对株高法,株高隶属函数法,调查了不同时期的萎蔫系数,利用综合目测法对材料耐旱级别总体排序,筛选出部分耐旱资源。并得出野生大豆材料的平均耐旱性高于地方品种和审定品种,为耐旱育种中亲本的选配提供依据,并拓宽大豆种质资源。
293 soybean materials were studied based on pot experiment under well-water condition and drought stress condition,include 52 local cultivars,228 wild soybeans,13 checks.These materials were evaluated by the way of relative height,the way of wither coefficient,and the total identification.At last,some materials were selected.They had high drought resistance.
