光合细菌对水培油菜产量和品质影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用水培油菜,在油菜的营养液中加入不同量的光合细菌,研究光合细菌对水培油菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:光合细菌可以显著提高水培油菜的产量和品质,当光合细菌浓度为15ml/L时,油菜中还原糖含量可提高74.26%、叶绿素含量可提高35.65%、Vc含量可提高75.67%、根活力可提高82.3%、硝酸盐含量可降低46.84%。 In the experiment,we use hydroponics to cultivate coles,and then put divergent concentration PSB into different samples to research on PSB's effects on cole's yield and quality.From them,we can make a conclusion that PSB can increase the hydroponics cole's yield and quality,and when PSB's concentration is 15ml/L,the content of reducing sugar in it can increase 35.65%,Vc can increase 75.67%,root activity can increase 82.3%,nitrate decrease 46.84%.
