The Research on the County Finance in the New Rural Reconstruction

建设社会主义新农村,是一项综合配套的系统工程,需要各级政府财政的推动和支持。但目前有关县级财政与社会主义新农村建设的关系的讨论和文章较少,也未见专著与论述。通过结合新农村建设对县级财政的要求,对县级财政与新农村建设的关系问题进行研究,并提出完善县级财政的路径与方法。

The new rural reconstruction is a system project,needing the supplies of public goods and service from the governments of all levels.At present,there are few academic articles or works about the relation between the county finance and the new rural reconstruction.In this article,the writer tried to find out the way to improve the China's county finance,making China's county finance support the new rural reconstruction well.
