摘要
氮素是生菜等农作物增产的重要营养元素之一,固氮菌能够将空气中的氮元素转化成可供生菜生长的氮肥。以生菜种子为材料,采用穴盘盆栽技术,用不同比例的固氮菌和褐煤共设9个组合处理生菜幼苗,以不处理的土壤作为对照,研究生菜的各项生理指标。结果表明,加入固氮菌1 mg、褐煤10 mg(C2N2)处理的株高、叶片长度、叶片地上部(茎、叶)与地下部(根)鲜质量与对照组相比分别增加11.2%,24.7%,13.5%,17.6%,生菜叶绿素含量也有上升趋势,幅度为15.9%;加入2 mg固氮菌、50 mg褐煤的混合试验组(C3N3)中的生菜较对照组生菜的各项生理指标都有不同程度的下降。加入固氮菌1 mg、褐煤10 mg,即C2N2组合对生菜幼苗生长影响最佳。
Nitrogen is one of the important nutritive elements for increasing production of lettuce and other crops, nitrogen-fixing bacteria can convert nitrogen in the air into nitrogen fertilizer for lettuce growth. In this experiment, lettuce seedlings were treated with different proportions of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and lignite in pot culture with lettuce seeds as materials. The physiological indexes of lettuce were studied by using untreated soil as control. The results showed that the plant height, leaf length, fresh quality of shoot(stem,leaf)and root increased by 11.2%, 24.7%, 13.5%, 17.6%, respectively, compared with the control group, which treated with 1 mg of nitrogen fixing bacteria and 10 mg of lignite, and the chlorophyll content of lettuce also increased by 15.9%. The physiological indexes of lettuce in the mixed test group with 2 mg nitrogen fixing bacteria and 50 mg lignite were lower than those in the control group. The results show that adding 1 mg nitrogen fixing bacteria and 10 mg lignite, namely C2N2 combination, has the best effect on the growth of lettuce seedlings.
