零风险食品诉求不能否认转基因食品的安全性

Requirements for Risk-Free Food Cannot Deny the Safety of Genetically Modified Food

为了证明转基因食品的安全性,反驳转基因不是"天然的"、转基因食品无法保证100%安全、转基因食品不能吃等错误言论。通过分析政府对食品的安全管理与食品安全间的关系、消费者对食品安全的认知与其食品消费行为间的关系,论证了转基因食品是安全的;并进一步通过分析"纯天然"食品和"零风险"食品的不存在,再次证明转基因食品的安全性。说明过激的食品安全需求不能否定转基因制品的安全性。

To prove the safety of genetically modified food and retort some error statements such as advocating genetically modified is not a 'natural', genetically modified food can’t guarantee 100% safety, genetically modified food can’t eat. In this paper, we had suggested that genetically modified food is safe by analyzing the relationship of food safety management by government and food safety,the relationship between food safety awareness of customers and their food consumption behavior, and confirmed the safety of genetically modified food by discussing that 'natural' foods and 'zero risk' foods can’t exist. Excessive demand for food safety can’t deny the safety of genetically modified products.
