摘要
针对液压支架立柱损坏频次高的特点设计了一种立柱检修流水线装置,通过立柱检修工艺流程分析,对流水线设备布置及技术参数和加工修复参数做了详细介绍,为高效检修立柱提供了技术支持。
According to the high failure rate of the hydraulic support column,the equipment of maintenance line for hydraulic column was designed. The equipment layout of maintenance line and technical parameters were discussed by analyzing the maintenance process of hydraulic column. The research can provide technical support for efficient maintenance of hydraulic column.
