摘要
德国DBT公司制造的VTC650型支架搬运车连接法兰焊缝失效开焊,在没有母材材质数据分析报告的情况下,根据连接法兰的使用条件及出厂技术资料制定了新的焊接修复及实施工艺,实现了对连接法兰的修复。
The connection flange VTC 650 shield hauler which manufactured by German DBT company was open welded. In the absence of analysis report of the base metal data,the new welding repair process was formulated according to the application conditions and the original technical data of the connection flange,which realized the connection flange reparation.
