摘要
为了保证胶带机在3~5 km运距下平稳运行,必须实施可靠的胶带机机头工程。通过大断面硐室的掘进与支护、机头段基础面坡度和宽度的确定、顺槽胶带机与大巷胶带机相对卸载高度以及基础坑浇筑方案等研究,得出了关键施工工艺。
In order to ensure the belt conveyor running smoothly in the load distance of 3 ~ 5km,reliable belt conveyor head engineering should be constructed. The key construction techniques have been obtained,according to study on the tunneling and supporting of the large cross-section chamber,the determination of the slope and width of the head section basic surface,the relative dumping height between the crossheading belt conveyor and the large-tunnel belt conveyor,and the scheme of base pit pouring.
